CRM Consultant

Full-time

Shape how clients sell and serve, then make it real in Salesforce.

what you'll do

  • Run workshops with clients and turn their processes into requirements
  • Design Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and configure them
  • Write specifications, test scripts and training material
  • Support UAT, go-live and the change requests that follow

what we look for

  • Experience in CRM consulting or implementation
  • A Salesforce Administrator certificate is a plus
  • Clear communication in Chinese and English
  • Curiosity about how businesses actually work

Salesforce Project Delivery

Full-time

Deliver Salesforce projects from build to go-live, with the PM and BA.

what you'll do

  • Configure Salesforce and build with Apex, Lightning and Flow
  • Integrate Salesforce with ERP and other systems through APIs
  • Migrate data, test, and deploy across sandboxes to production
  • Look after live orgs: fixes, change requests and releases

what we look for

  • Hands-on Salesforce experience as an admin or developer
  • Comfortable with Apex, Flow and REST APIs
  • Salesforce certificates are a plus
  • Able to read and write technical English

VUP Simulation Intern

Internship

Build digital twins of real production lines on Inovance VUP.

what you'll do

  • Build 3D simulation models and motion logic in VUP
  • Help connect models to PLCs and test signal points
  • Support on-site deployment and VUP training sessions
  • Document projects and keep models tidy

what we look for

  • Studying automation, mechatronics, mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Basic PLC knowledge; 3D modelling is a plus
  • Happy to travel for on-site work now and then
  • Patient with details
